The PUG: Personal User Guide to Your ADHD Brain

A PUG is powerful.

I realize pugs aren't considered powerful but hear me out; and please don't tell my Rottie about this.

First of all, I'm not suggesting you go out and get a puppy. I'm talking about a symbolic pug. P.U.G. stands for Personal User Guide. One of the things ADHDers struggle with is remembering all of the tools we gather and the insights we realize. Executive function impacts a multitude of experiences, when we add situational variability (the way our symptoms change in severity and presentation depending on the context or environment) it makes sense why "keeping track of it in our head" is an unrealistic expectation.

How many things are you trying to remember?

What if you could put them down and trust you'd be able to find them when you needed them?

That's where the PUG comes in. But the pug is so much more than a running to do list of the myriad of thoughts and ideas swilling through the ADHD mind.
